Lífsins leiðsögumenn ehf. áskilur sér rétt til að hætta við pantanir, t.d. vegna rangra verðupplýsinga eða hætta að bjóða upp á vörutegundir fyrirvaralaust. Áskilinn er réttur til að staðfesta pantanir símleiðis.
Afhending vöru
Allar pantanir eru afgreiddar næsta virka dag eftir pöntun. Sé varan ekki til á lager mun þjónustufulltrúi hafa samband og tilkynna um áætlaðan afhendingartíma vörunnar. Af öllum pöntunum dreift af Íslandspósti gilda afhendingar-, ábyrgðar og flutningsskilmálar Íslandspósts um afhendingu vörunnar.
Lífsins leiðsögumenn ehf. ber samkvæmt þessu enga ábyrgð á týndum sendingum eða tjóni sem kann að verða á vöru í flutningi. Allar vörur eru sendar með rekjanleika en ef vara týnist í pósti eða verður fyrir tjóni frá því að hún er send frá Lífsins leiðsögumenn ehf. til viðkomandi er tjónið á ábyrgð kaupanda.
Verð á vöru og sendingakostnaður
Allar vörur í vefverslun eru með inniföldum 24% vsk ef þær eru virðisaukaskyldar samkvæmt íslenskum lögum, en sendingakostnaður bætist síðan við áður en greiðsla fer fram.
Við sendum allar vörur með Íslandspósti beint heim að dyrum. Sendingakostnaður er mismunandi eftir þyngd og stærð sendingar.
Að skipta og skila vöru
Veittur er 14 daga skilaréttur við kaup á vöru gegn því að framvísað sé sölureikningi sem sýnir með fullnægjandi hætti hvenær varan var keypt. Varan þarf að vera ónotuð, í fullkomnu lagi og í sínum upprunalegu óskemmdu umbúðum þegar henni er skilað. Ef vara er innsigluð má ekki rjúfa innsiglið. Við skil á vöru er miðað við upprunalegt verð hennar, nema viðkomandi vara sé á útsölu eða á sértilboði við vöruskil. Þá er miðað við verð vörunnar þann dag sem henni er skilað.
Gölluð vara
Sé vara gölluð er viðskiptavinum boðin ný vara í staðinn og greiðum við allan sendingakostnað sem um ræðir eða endurgreiðum ef þess er krafist.
Lög og varnarþing
Samningur þessi er í samræmi við íslensk lög. Rísi mál vegna hans skal það rekið fyrir Héraðsdómi Reykjaness. Að öðru leyti en að ofan greinir gilda um skilmála þessa ákvæði gildandi laga um neytendasamninga nr. 16/2016, ákvæði laga um lausafjárkaup nr. 50/2000 eftir því sem við getur átt og ákvæði laga um neytendakaup nr. 48/2003. Allir frestir sem neytendur eiga rétt á í lögum um neytendasamninga byrja að líða þegar móttaka vöru hefur átt sér stað.

Delivery of goods
All orders are processed the next working day after ordering. If the product is not in stock, a service representative will contact you and inform you of the estimated delivery time of the product. Of all orders distributed by Íslandspóstur, Íslandspóstur's delivery, warranty and transport terms apply to the delivery of the product. Lífsins leiðsögumenn ehf. is accordingly not liable for lost shipments or damage that may occur to goods in transit. All products are sent with traceability, but if a product is lost in the mail or suffers damage since it is sent from Lífsins leiðsögumenn ehf. to the person in question, the damage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Price of goods and shipping costs
All products in the online store include VAT if they are subject to VAT according to Icelandic law, but shipping costs are then added before payment is made. We send all products by Íslandspóstur directly to your door. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of the shipment.
To exchange and return a product
A 14-day right of return is granted upon purchase of a product in exchange for the presentation of a sales invoice that satisfactorily shows when the product was purchased. The product must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original undamaged packaging when returned. If a product is sealed, the seal must not be broken. The return of a product is based on its original price, unless the product in question is on sale or on a special offer upon delivery. The price of the product is based on the day it is returned.
Faulty product
If a product is defective, customers are offered a new product instead and we pay all shipping costs in question or refund if required. In other respects, reference is made to the Consumer Purchases Act no. 48/2003 and the Consumer Contracts Act by icelandic Law.
Law and venue
This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. If a case arises because of him, it shall be brought before the Héraðsdómur Reykjaness. In other respects than those stated above, the terms of this provision of the current Act on Consumer Contracts no. 16/2016, the provisions of the Act on Liquidity Purchases no. 50/2000 as far as we can own and the provisions of the Act on Consumer Purchases no. 48/2003. All deadlines to which consumers are entitled in the Consumer Contracts Act begin to expire once the goods have been received.
